Put a tally mark in the box of the letter that you get for each answer after you choose you’re the option that best fits you. Your overall fitness level will be determined by the amount of a’s b’s and c’s that you have. How to play

4 Option A You are a super sportsman! Record an A on your progress sheet tally chart. This means you will be fairly healthy and at the peak of your fitness. You are doing a good job, keep it up! Next question

5 Option B You are an okay-athlete! Record an B on your progress sheet tally chart. This means you should be quite healthy. You could however do a bit more work to become the fittest that you possibly could be! Next question

6 Option C You are an unfit amateur! Record an C on your progress sheet tally chart. This means you are not as healthy as you should be. You need to exercise more and eat better to become fitter. Try joining a club or a gym. Next question

9 Option B You are an average eater! Record an B on your progress sheet tally chart. You need to make a bit more of an effort to eat healthy foods, but you are not too unhealthy either. Try to experiment more with your foods and eat healthy snacks like fruit. Next question

10 Option C You are a snack scoffer! Record an C on your progress sheet tally chart. This means that you eat way too many fatty and sugary foods which can cause health problems. To avoid getting ill, why not try substituting crisps for fruit juice or an apple? Next question

Remember, it is always good to get lots of sleep at night and try to relax. Why not try getting a gym membership or playing sport with friends to get more active. You could also motivate your parents to buy organic foods and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Get lots of sleep, relax and eat well to stay fit and healthy and to be ready for your exams.

35 Mostly C’s Oh dear  You must work much harder to become a healthy fit person. Eating healthily and being active can help: you sleep better, concentrate more, loose weight, feel better and even feel happier. You should try to drink much more than 1.5 litres of water a day, and make sure you eat lots of fruit. You can become healthier if you try so don’t give up!
