2. Key Concept Review  Good leaders do what they say  A good leader believes in the team and the task  A good leader helps people use their strengths  A good leader imagines the victory before it happens

3. Martin Luther King Jr. “I have a dream…”  Possibly the most famous speech in modern history  Dr. King helped people catch the vision of all people in America having equal rights  Dr. King’s started his speech talking about the past, then he spoke about current conditions and finally his vision/dream for the future (The video only shows the end of his speech)

4. President John F. Kennedy “Land a man on the moon…”  Speech was given in 1961  Space race with Russia (had already had the first man in space)  He cast the vision for America to land on the moon before 1970, and we did it in 1969

5. President Ronald Reagan “Tear down this wall…”  He challenged the leader of Russia to take down a wall that separated a free people from those who had to stay behind the walls of communism  Speech was given in 1987  The Berlin wall was built in 1961 and was a symbol for communism. The Berlin Wall fell in 1989.

6. “Tucker” Preston Tucker  Tucker was a man who invented a new kind of car that was so popular, the other car companies shut it down  SEC and politicians (likely supported by GM, Ford and Chrysler) raised controversy  He cast the vision for people to have the freedom to invent what they dream

7. Game Invention Rules  You’ll have 30 minutes to create and name your game  Your games needs to involve at least two items, but not more than five.  It can’t be an existing game.  The instructions must be clear.  The game must require 2-5 people to play
