Remember to resize and compress photos to keep the size of the PowerPoint file as small as possible. This image is a 640x480 pixel copy of the 1280x960 original image, and consequently only adds 40 kilobytes instead of 576 kilobytes to the file-size. You can use the same image more than once without adding to the PowerPoint file size.

You can easily copy-and-paste slides using the Slides pane on the left of the screen and the standard Copy and Paste.
