Provide information such as area of Charlotte, the most you want to spend, schools, minimum square feet, number of bedrooms, neighborhood characteristics, yard size, new construction, and anything else that is important to you. 5. Our VIP Buyer Property Watch Program Based on the information that you provide we will set you up on our VIP Buyer Property Watch program. Each morning around 5:00 am our program will search the MLS with the criteria you have provided and email you a list of what is available. Pictures, pricing and detailed information about the homes will be emailed to you. We can use as many email addresses as you would like so that you can preview homes from many locations. We currently have hundreds of clients that use our property watch program because it is so helpful and easy to use.

6. If you are thinking about selling your home… Email us your address. We will email a market snapshot of your neighborhood with the homes that are for sale or have sold recently. A quick glance at your market is that simple. Would you like a detailed Market Analysis, recommendations of what you should do to prepare your home for market, or a comprehensive home selling process packet? Just let us know in your email that you are interested in more information and we will provide it.

7. Do you need more information? Would you like information on schools, neighborhoods, crime statistics? We can also send a relocation packet, refer service providers such as lenders, inspectors, contractors, appraisers and more. We are full service Realtors.
