Often they haven’t yet decided to buy; they have questions about what to buy, where to buy, and how much to spend. l We will help these people resolve all their financial questions and concerns, and we’ll identify the people who have BOTH the financial ability AND the motivation to go through with a home purchase. l Then we’ll refer them to you, psychologically and financially prepared to buy a home.
