11. 13. 1.Click the Stock# a drop down menu will appear. 2.Select product needed from the drop down menu.

12. 14. 1.Enter the quantity needed. The system will automatically plug in the pricing for you. 2.Repeat and add lines as needed. You can add up to 99 line items.

13. 15. 1.Click add Accounting Lines. 2.Click Search Accounts. 3.Type in (01) Fund, (4370) Object and your Site Code. 4.Click Search 5.Highlight the account line and click Select.

15. 17. 1.Highlight the requisition and right click. 2.Choose “Send for Approval”
