2. 2 Select New South HR by a left mouse click once on NewSouth HR icon

3. 3 Select Inquiries and Reporting

6. 6 Select Account Code Translation

7. 7 This function may be used to translate the 9 Digit HR Account Code to the GL ChartField or the GL ChartField to the 9 Digit HR Account Code. Enter the 9 Digit HR Account Code and click or A list will be returned of the GL ChartFields including the Business Unit; Project/Grant if applicable; Account type; Fund Code; Department; Sub- Class if applicable; and Description. Choose the entry from the list by highlighting the relevant line and or double click on the entry.

8. 8 The panel will display detail for the Account Code selected. Select another entry on the list by clicking on the list keys

9. 9 Alternatively, enter part or all of the GL ChartField and click The search will return all matching possible matches to the criteria entered. Use the scroll bar at the bottom and at the right to check the Account type; Fund; Department ID; Sub-Class and Description. Choose the entry from the list by highlighting the relevant line and or double click on the entry.

10. 10 Adding a Favorite Using Favorites makes accessing regularly used panels quicker. Follow the steps below to add Account Code to Favorites list: 1. Access the panel you wish to add to your Favorites list 2. Select the Add to Favorites option from the Favorites drop down menu 3. Leave the label as default or change it to what makes sense to you eg ‘Account Translation’ 4. Click the OK button. 5. Before disconnecting from the CITRIX application new Favorites must be saved. Go to Start > Favorites > PeopleSoft Favorites Administration 6. Select
