- Pollination is when pollen falls on stigma (carried there by wind, insects, or other animals) -Fertilization occurs if pollen falls on similar plant, pollen tube will form to carry sperm, sperm and egg cells will join in the flower’s ovule -This zygote develops into the seed’s embryo, other parts of the ovule develop into the rest of the seed. -Ovary changes into a fruit (a ripened ovary that encloses the seeds). Fruits help angiosperms disperse their seeds.
