2 Goals: Initial contact with owner and Acquisition/Initial Agreement. Lower costs for advertising (Currently Lightmark Media is working on my website to help generate traffic in order to move away from purchasing leads from third party) Implement new and cost effective advertising to increase the total leads per month to 130+ min (Currently receiving 85 usable leads on Average, which = 4-5 properties sold a month) Hire Admin & Acquisitions person to handle day to day operations/Answering service to take calls for leads/afterhours. Systemize business in order to help remove myself from the day to day operations. Ideas to help capitalize on my knowledge and ideas, e.g. write a book, sell systems, mentor new investors, sell leads to various markets…..

Ideas to help build additional passive income, e.g. notes Writing systems Raising capital for development projects Ideas to help grow the business.

6 Overall and General Information 1.Problems with assignments: Double transfer tax, title companies and agents that don’t understand. 2.Consulting Agreement / Option to purchase (Bifurcated option to collect fee): How this solves nearly every problem. 3. Dual escrow with title/broker for end agreement and fee release method. 4. Using Release method to build self directed IRA's
