Unfortunately, the next time you power up your computer, it will not boot. You think it may be the hard drive and after several minutes of troubleshooting, you conclude that it is. All of your files are now inaccessible. You soon realize, however, that you have a backup copy but that it is a few days old. ◦ In your notebooks or in a Word document, describe the problem which needs to be solved in no more than 2 sentences. (Hint: I need software which does/will _________________).
