4. Purpose Filming, editing and production of a 15 minute audiovisual material (documentary) of the region of Peloponnese "to promote and disseminate the actions of the European co- financed project LIFE/ENV/IT/000428 SoilPro: Monitoring for Soil Protection

5. Technical Specifications Processing of the existing and new photographic material (information campaigns, interviews, conferences, etc.). Provision of Greek, English and Italian subtitles. The reception quality of the video footage will be achieved through technical means that are capable of receiving video resolution 1920x1080 pixel (Full High Definition). High sound quality - Dolby ® Digital 5,1 ch. The format of the final export will be in mpeg. Format.

6. Documentary Contents 1/2 Introductory prologue and an epilogue by a narrator. The narrator will have an active role during the film (image explanation, transition from one speaker to another, etc.). Interviews (audiovisual material) taken from: – the Peloponnesus Regional Representative. – the scientific responsible of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). – the scientific responsible of the lead partner (CRA-ABP). – 3 working staff members from the Region of Peloponnesus.

Documentary Contents 2/2 Production of audio-visual material from: – Peloponnese areas of particular interest for the SoilPro project, recommended by EKPA’s scientific responsible and the Region’s Working Group. – Events / presentations / conferences that are held in the Peloponnese region. – The information campaign in schools, communities etc.

8. Deliverables A 15 minute documentary The Cover page of the documentary. A 45'‘ promotional clip. Signed statements by the respondents, allowing the publication of audiovisual footage. Photographs taken for the purpose of the documentary.
