2. Diary of Anne Frank
My favourite book is The Diary of Anne Frank because I think she was a very interesting and inspiring young girl.
Anne Frank had a father called Otto, a mother called Edith and a sister called Margot, she also had a cat and a diary which she named Kitty.

3. The Author
The author was Anne Frank as it was her diary and she wrote it. She got her diary for her birthday in 1942.
Anne Franks father Otto published the book as that was the ony memory left of Anne and he knew she wanted to publish a book.

4. The Story
Anne Frank was a typical young girl who lived with her family. When World War II was about to take place they had to go into hiding. They hid in the attick of Otto´s office with a bunch of other people.
They were in hiding for a long time until the nazis found in the year 1944, and then took them to camps where they were put through hard labour, as well as being seperated from each ther. Otto was the only one to live off the world war.

5. Why I Like the Story
I like this story because I find it inspiring that the whole family and other people could live in such a small place on basic rations and not be able to go outside for fresh air.
Another reason why I like this story is because I have been interested in history for a long time. I think that the Frank family was very positive.
