2 Plot Return to Homepage Return to Homepage Plot What happened in the beginning of the book? In the beginning of the book, Jeremy Thatcher runs to a mysterious place that he never saw before. He buys something that turns out to be a dragon egg. What happened in the middle of the book? In the middle of the book, Jeremy finds out the only one how could see her was Mary Lou and him. What happened at the end of the book? At the end of the book, Jeremy has to give up the dragon ( Tiamat ). He brought everything he was told. The eggshell, teeth, and skin she shed.
