11 Last Field Trip! Top 10 Beliefs every Teacher Should Follow at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= H7_ZtR21adk&feature=related

12 Top 10 Teaching Beliefs 1. Never humiliate or embarrass a student in front of his or her classmates because you might hurt them more than you think 2. Correction should be done selectively and gently; learn to pick your battles they will respect you for this 3. All children hold the potential to learn, they just need to be given the opportunity to shine and it is your job to provide them with one 4. Children should not be treated equally as their needs are all different and compassion is the first step to understanding their needs 5. You might not be able to save every child but you can always try 6. No child should be left to fall through the cracks remember that it only takes one individual to make a difference 7. A teacher can make a huge difference in a child's life we have them at school for most off the hours they spend awake use this time to your advantage 8. Choosing to become a teacher should be an educated conscious decision if you ever lose the sparkle in your eye it's time to move on 9. As a teacher the benefit of the students is your number one priority remember this when teaching each lesson 10. The school and the classroom teach a child much more than just the curriculum be aware of the impact you can make on a child’s life and be aware of the impact they will have on yours

13 Good Luck on your Final Project! Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm. Ralph Waldo Emerson Get to Work!
