Mandatory docs : LA for Studies / LA for Traineeships Grant Agreement Copy of ID / passport Health Insurance (European Health Insurance Card)European Health Insurance Card For trainees: accident and liability insurance coverage for the mobility period NB! The foreign HEI may ask some additional docs (language certificate, motivation letter, portfolio, etc.)

25. Language preparation Obligatory on-line language test before & after mobility, if the usable language is EN, GE, FR, IT or ES On-line language course (2-12 months) if necessary NB! The aim of language test is to measure the influence of mobility on the language skills Smaller languages: if possible, defenitely take part in language course offered by foreign HEI

26. Scholarships For studies: = EC grant + ER grant For traineeships: = EC grant + 100 €/month + ER grant, if possible 80% is paid after signing the agreement, 20% after the mobility period and submitting the Final Report
