System description The system consists of two devices – The stationary device installed at the bus station, street intersection and so on containing stored data to be transmitted to the blind holding the mobile device by use of Bluetooth technology –The mobile device carried by the blind. The device receives data via a Bluetooth receiver and converts it to voice by implementing a text to voice algorithm.
