1. Reporting Calendar Year Dates A Step-by-Step Guide for submitting School Calendar information

2. To Submit your school calendar year information, select the Enter Calendar Dates.

3. The first page will ask if the school calendar for the upcoming school year has been approved. Select either the ‘Yes’ of ‘No’ radio button and then the ‘Next’ button. If you select ‘No,’ you will see a message that the information must be submitted by June 30, 2015. This message can be ignored and cancel out of the task. However, you must submit the calendar as soon as possible once it is approved. Step 1: Select Yes or No Step 2: Select ‘Next’

4. Enter the school calendar begin date and the school calendar end date. Use the calendar tool in the field or type in the dates. The system will automatically format the text to mm/dd/yyyy. The first day of the school year is the first day that new teachers work, if they are paid for that day and the last day of the school year is the last day in which teachers earn salary. Use the Browse tool to upload your school calendar. It must be in either a.pdf or.docx format. Once this data is entered, select the ‘Next’ button. 5. Use this screen to confirm the dates you entered and the document attached is your school calendar. If any information is incorrect, select the ‘Previous’ button to return to the last screen to correct information. If all is correct, select the ‘Submit’ button.

6. If you would like to retain a copy for your records, select the ‘Print’ button. Select the ‘Close’ button to return to your MyEmployer home page. Print Close
