Who? Who is involved? What? What do I want to accomplish? Where? Identify a location. When? Establish a time frame. Which? Identify requirements and constraints. Why? Specific reasons, purpose or benefits of accomplishing the goal.

8 Measurable How much? How many?
How will I know when it is accomplished?

9 Achievable Do you have enough time to pursue your goal?
Do you have the necessary skills, strengths, and resources?

10 Realistic Within the availability of resources, time and knowledge.

11 Time-bound Enough time to achieve the goal
Not too much time, which can affect Goal performance
