Improving the world through engineeringhttp://nearyou.imeche.orgImproving the world through engineering 3 What the IMechE provided Enhanced the Contact Us page allow our Website Officers to sort the order in which contacts appear An Event payment method, which enables you to charge a fee for an event The ability to set a maximum amount of tickets per event The ability to set a maximum amount of tickets per person per event Automatic creation of a list of people who have booked to attend an event, which enables Website Officers to download this information prior to an event and use as a “tick list” Automatic email sent to all users booking events, confirming they are booked onto the event in question Automatic email confirmation sent to all event organisers when users book events The ability to create an interactive Google map for each event address Existing events can now be duplicated The ability to manually add attendees to events and to take payments The ability to create a new address from the “Events Details” screen An upgraded search facility which allows users to search for events within a mileage radius of a specific postcode, as per Job Search websites People can specify how they heard about your event An online Quarterly Reporting System
