3 PROJECT BACKGROUND Current Site Location: Thomaston Avenue- Waterbury, CT Current Facility is Beyond Life Expectancy Current Site is too Constrained to Accommodate Future Fleet New Site Location: Frost Bridge Road - Watertown, CT Determined Through a Site Selection Study New Site had to Accommodate Expansion Facility Will Support Fleet Serving the Greater Waterbury Area
