Nov 2006 Redefines “Complex Airplane” two ways –If FADEC installed: Retractable Landing Gear + Flaps + FADEC = Complex Airplane! –If FADEC not installed: Use conventional definition! Grass runways approved! “Dynamic” stalls not approved Vlo (extension & extended) = Vne = 194 Powerplant instrumentation: –Percent load, 0 – 100% and –RPM Loss of electrical power to FADEC unit(s) Again: Critical Left engine!
