3 What is stress? Stress is when you are feeling: -Frustrated -Angry -Nervous -Strained -Depression

4 What is anxiety? Anxiety is a feeling of: -Fear -Unease -Worry -Pressure

5 Sometimes, people feel stressed and sad so often they will consider taking a pill that makes them happy. There called happy pills.

6 The Circulatory System! Stress and anxiety affect a system in your body. Its called the circulatory system. There are 3 main parts in this system: 1.The heart 2. Blood vassals 3.The blood

7 The circulatory system keeps you alive!

8 Stress balls help when feeling stressed

9 When you are feeling stressed you should do things you like and that make you feel happy.

10 Be happy even if people around you aren't.

12 Stress and Anxiety is a problem that people have to deal with in their everyday life. These are some things that may cause stress or anxiety: -Work -School -Children and family -Financial problems -Moving houses
