3 OTS Current Year Goals OTS Goals Status 1 Provide support and guidance to the HPWG Ongoing 2 Provide metric options, and provide training to use metrics in order to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of member training programs Team met May 19 to establish project plan and scope. Next meeting will be in August. 3Create method for peer review of neighboring entity training/class instruction Team has gathered sample templates to be reviewed in the August meeting. 3 W ESTERN E LECTRICITY C OORDINATING C OUNCIL

10 Human Performance Workgroup Projects Defining “What is Human Performance?” Continuing to collect resources, such as Dynamic Learning Activities, to share on the website. Pre Job Brief – The team is creating a toolbox of Pre Job Brief tools that take into account a given utility’s maturity and experience level with Human Performance initiatives.
