2  We are developing very rapidly  The west caused problems and now want us to fix them  We are the world’s largest emitter as a country but not per capita

3  We have already cut our CO 2 emissions by more than 6,000 tons per unit of GDP  Goal to cut carbon emissions per unit of GDP by 40-45% from 2005 levels before 2020. As opposed to US goal of 17%  Plan 15% renewable energy although may reach 20% by target of 2020

4  Mainly we want the west to help us out: 40% decrease in emissions from west ( If the world came to a global deal it would be 30%) Provide low carbon technology  Want the US to co-operate with us on issues of global warming and climate change
