10 The Government of Cantabria was appointed by the 4 Member States of the SUDOE Space for Managing Authority of the Programme: Assumes the financial and administration functions of management and execution of the Programme Ensures the organisation of Calls for projects Carries out the monitoring tasks of the Programme Acts as a speaker before the European Commission Helped by a Joint Secretariat located in Santander and composed of 6 people from Spain, France and Portugal. What is the Managing Authority?
