2. Click on reports

3. When you click on the reports tab, this is the screen you get

6. 1. Click here to get this dropdown menu 2. Now click on the term you want to print – 01, or 02, or 03, or S1 3. Be sure that the check here is checked

9. This is the screen that opens. Click on print

10. This screen comes up and in a little while a pdf file opens like on the next slide

11. This is what you see, now click on print & continue to print This should print all your grade sheets

12. Continue the same process to print each term and S1 Now to print the attendance

13. Now return to this screen and click on Summary Report by Class

14. This is the screen you will see. Again make sure all the green checks and dots match, then choose the term you want to print. Then click here

15. 2. Now click on select classes 1. Select the term you want to print

16. Choose the classes you want to print with checkmarks then click on print

17. This is what you get, now print it and do the same for each term
