DEMO- You need supplies: Tempera cake tray for two people to share. One brush per person. Cup of water

Tempera Backgroun – blending two colors YES, PAINT THE WHOLE PAGE. THIS IS PAGE 4 Pick two colors. Paint first color vertically on the left side. Paint second color vertically on the right. Blend colors in the middle. You can tap or splatter paint. You can experiement with dripping paint

Today’s classwork Get scrap paper from bin at table. You need a flat color of construction paper. Cut 3 shapes: –Geometric –Organic –Symmetrical Shape. GLUE THESE DOWN ON YOUR TEMPERA PAINT. FINISH LINE DESIGN ON SCRATCH ART.

Clean Up Wash your brushes. Dump out your water. Place all cups in one with the brushes with their BRISTLES UP. Put all paint trays, cups, and shape packets in the corner. LEAVE THE SHAPE LAYOUT PAGE IN THE CENTER BETWEEN 2 PEOPLE.
