3 The remote diagnostic system CSRC is one of the most flexible remote diagnostic system in today's business environment, it helps you and us by keeping the devices up and running while making live with our multifunctional devices much easier. All kinds of service relevant data, such as alerts, messages and counter readings can be remotely transmitted to our service department with no interaction from your side needed. The CS Remote Care system provides swift and effective maintenance support, with problem recognition even before difficulties become apparent. It boosts the productivity of your devices and assures maximum return on your investments.

4 Flexibly yours Fax, Email, Modem with GPRS or GSM: choose your own individual method of communication to streamline efforts thru proactive support. With detailed status messages shown on the displays of the output devices, users can give exact details to our customer service staff - who then take any necessary steps. If agreed, the Konica Minolta service consultant can even start the necessary service activity without customer intervention.

6 Security comes first The device can only transmit device data - no print, copy, scan or fax jobs. Your own data files remains secure. The CSRC communication routes are very flexible. It can talking to the service port of the device or can be connected via Email. There is no way we can access your network or your company data, even when using Email When using email, we of course use SSL to secure all data we transmit. For internal communication we use SOAP over HTTP/HTTPS to avoid any sniffing. or other communication methods such as fax or modem.

7 CSRC – Meter Meter reading means automatic sending of relevant counter data from your device to us. No intervention from your side is needed. Your benefit:  With automatic meter reading, you don’t need to go to each device in order to fax the counter information as we have it already  With CSRC we always have the right values, no mismatch, no mistake  Billing is correct and punctual - you don’t need to care of this item  Expiry dates are always under control
