Water into wine, John 2:1-11  Symbolic of the “Messianic Banquet” – new age of salvation (John 2:11)  Symbolically announces that God’s end-times salvation has arrived  Old Jewish ritual is now replaced by new wine of messianic banquet with John as the bridegroom  John 3:25-30 Revelation of the Son through Signs
