1 CEFPI is a Registered Provider with The American Institute of Architects Continuing Education Systems (AIA/CES). Credit(s) earned on completion of this program will be reported to AIA/CES for AIA members. Certificates of Completion for both AIA members and non-AIA members are available upon request. This program is registered with AIA/CES for continuing professional education. As such, it does not include content that may be deemed or construed to be an approval or endorsement by the AIA of any material of construction or any method or manner of handling, using, distributing, or dealing in any material or product. Questions related to specific materials, methods, and services will be addressed at the conclusion of each presentation.

2 Learning Objectives Digital Learning Spaces in the 21 st Century At the end of this program, participants will be able to: 1.Review Lessons Learned from Every Child has a Device. 2.Examine effective infusion of technology into instruction that reflects the skills, knowledge and experience that are essential for success in 21st century global economy. 3.Observe technology's impact on Learning Spaces (NOT classrooms). 4.Learn how to plan spaces for digital learning.

3 Learning Objectives Past, Present and Future of Commercial Photovoltaics At the end of this program, participants will be able to: 1.Understand how much has changes in the solar industry in the last few years and where we are today. 2.Obtain basic knowledge of how PV systems function and affect commercial facilities. 3.Become aware of the Pros and Cons of a commercial PV system in Kentucky including a review of installed cost, power generation and payback analysis. 4.Gain insight into the future trajectory of PV and how emerging technologies will fundamentally change the way energy is generated and delivered to end users.

4 Learning Objectives Designing a School security Plan for District-Wide Implementation At the end of this program, participants will be able to: 1.Understand the challenges of unlimited conceptual need to secure school facilities and learn an approach to managing the limited funds to address the prime concerns of the community being served. 2.Learn the prime techniques utilized to enhance security at k-12 school buildings. 3.Understand the challenges of retrofitting existing buildings and building code constraints related to adding security features. 4.Understand the changing and advancing technologies in security related products (cameras, window films, hardware) and their impact on bidding and procurement.

5 Learning Objectives Inventing the EdHub (Experimental DaVinci Hybrid Ultra Bibliotheca) At the end of this program, participants will be able to: 1.Understand the context: How Eminence developed the curriculum and approach that led to the district's recognition as a District of innovation. 2.Understand the preparation: How Eminence used the District of innovation recognition as a springboard to a new kind of facility. 3.Understand the how and why: the evolution of the EdHub design. 4.Understand the path forward: how Eminence will use this new tool in furthering its educational mission.
