Task (in groups) 1.Plot stakeholders position on the issue along each of the five criteria 2.Review the profiles and discuss whether it is appropriate 3.If not... discuss what you need to do to change stakeholder’s positions to be more favourable 4.Plot the first two criteria on the flipchart 5.Present the group’s stakeholder analysis in plenary
