11 Training The Rs. 260 crore Corporate Training Centre is housed in a 270 acre campus at Mysore, The Global Education Center (GEC). Training at Infosys is an ongoing process. Training New Recruits :  14.5 week technical training program  Around Rs 200,000 per year on training each new entrant.  Capacity to train more than 4500 employees at a time. Training Programs for Employees :  Training programs for experienced employees.  Took into account individual performance, organizational priorities, and feedback from the clients.
