Records audit and records management services provide a complete ownership monitoring program ensuring your investment is being looked after and maintained to the proper maintenance requirements. Key benefit for records support Our approach to providing a complete records support package provides our customers with complete peace of mind for aircraft that are on lease. A detailed support package will protect your investment and save money over the course of the lease term. Aircraft maintenance is the ultimate responsibility of the owner. Maintenance is monitored and tracked during the lease using our electronic records system. Monthly maintenance packages from the lessee are shipped to our facility. The maintenance is tracked with our system. Any missing maintenance tasks, AD’s, serial number certifications are reported to the owner for immediate rectification. Why wait until the end of the lease or on lease audit to find out maintenance tasks or certification for components have been overlooked. The later alone can cost the aircraft owner thousands of dollars in recertification costs before the aircraft is re- leased. Often items that can drive re-lease costs up are due to time constraints during the lease return audit, why not be on top of the process throughout the lease term.

Next steps Once our services have been procured, we will send an audit team to your customers facility to perform an on lease audit. The records will be reviewed against the current MRB status and AD’s applicable. The most recent maintenance records will be copied and returned to our facility. We will then enter the maintenance profile into our electronic system. All MRB and component serial number history will be entered and tracked by days, hours and or cycles. Any missing information will be identified and addressed. Your customer will be requested to send a copy of their monthly maintenance records to our facility, we will review the work against the MRB and update our records. Any changed components will be updated with certification stored in an ATA format. Once our electronics record program is up to date with your customers maintenance we act as a line of defence for your investment. The valuable part of this program is that any short comings will be identified at an early stage allowing for easy rectification, this process alone can save thousands of dollars in recertification processes. On-lease audits at this point will consist of a quick site visit to do a physical aircraft review as the maintenance tracking and review is already in progress. Lease end planning or re-marketing maintenance requirements can now be produced in minutes by simply printing out a maintenance forecast to your requirements. This is an excellent marketing feature and saves thousands in third party maintenance planning at lease end and/or for re-lease requirements.
