4 LAVATORIES Maximum of 34" AFF Counter depth 17 - 25" (max of 25") If using two sinks, they should be spaced 30" from centerline to centerline 27" clearance min. under the sink for kneespace 30 x 48 clear, unobstructed floor space in front of sink. 9" toe kick and 27" min knee clearance AFF. Hot water pipes must be covered and easily accessed
