Conclusions 55% have government revenue accounts covering all levels 52% have government expenditure accounts covering all levels 55% have government accounts with details by departments 60% soft access to national government accounts 42% hard access to national government account Central Bank accounts usually do no separate regulatory, monetary and banking operations 20% have no informtion on bank loans and deposits 55% have non-financial enterprise accounts by kind of activity 50% have VAT data by kind of activity 50% use income tax data for estimagtes by kind of activity

African Centre for Statistics Questions Are BOP administrative statistics? –Compiled in the same way as national accounts with same margins of error Francophone have access to and use more administrative statistics. Why? –Declaration statistique et fiscale?
