3. 3 November 2015 3 Introduction DCMS is a system, demanded by HPCL to remain leader in the LPG industry of India. This manual makes the user acquainted with the Non Domestic Consumer Creation method of the DCMS Windows Application.

4. 3 November 2015 4 Purpose When a potential consumer goes for a new connection through distributor front desk, he needs to enroll himself. During enrollment he needs to tag himself with a distributor. From a distributor front desk this is done automatically. The generated Enrollment No. is handed over to the Consumer. This manual deals with the creation of a Non Domestic Consumer with new or additional cylinder connection. Intended Audience Distributor of HP Gas, on behalf of the Consumer.

Enrolment can be done in two ways:  Enrolment – New Connection.  Enrolment – Additional Cyl Connection. The related processes are discussed as follows:

9. 3 November 2015 9 Consumer Enrollment for New Connection The consumer details will be filled here for new connection. To open the screen: Click on the ‘+’ sign of Consumer Management >> ‘+’ sign of Non Domestic Consumer Management >> Enrollment – New Connection

11. 3 November 2015 11 Consumer Enrollment (Contd) 1.Provide relevant data in the required fields. 2.Select Type Code as ‘New Connection’ and Nature Code as ‘Non Domestic – Exempted’ or ‘Non Domestic – Non Essential’ according to the requirement. 3.Select the Package Code from the dropdown and if excisable, select Yes and then provide the Excise Registration No., ECC code and VAT No. of the consumer. 4.Click Save and you will get a system-generated Enrollment No. and the Enrollment Status will be New.

13. 3 November 2015 13 Verification Details After registering a non domestic consumer successfully, when you will click on the Verification Details button, you will get this screen for verifying the enrolled consumer. To Verify the details: 1.Select the type of verification to be done for the customer from the dropdown. 2.Specify the Verification Date. 3.Give some remark and click on the Pass radio button for further proceedings. 4.Click Update and then Close to exit from the screen

15. 3 November 2015 15 Allotment List You can see all the allotted non domestic consumers and also can generate an safety form. To open this screen: 1.Click on the Allotment List under Non Domestic Consumer Management in the menu bar. 2.You will be then displayed the screen and click on Print safety form to generate a hard copy of the Safety Form. 3.Click Close to exit from the screen.

17. 3 November 2015 17 SV Generation A subscription voucher will be generated for a non domestic consumer through this screen.You can generate SV for a consumer only when the safety form is printed. To generate the SV: 1.Click on SV Generation. 2.SV Type should be New Connection. Provide the Enrollment No. or you can also fetch the data from the LOV screen by pressing F9. 3.Click Fetch and select the Type of ND Consumer and Regulator from the respective dropdowns. 4.Click Save after filling up the information in the Miscellaneous screen which opens on clicking the Miscellaneous button.

19. 3 November 2015 19 SV Generation (Contd) Along with the SV a Pending SV is created to generate cash memo which will be discussed in the Order Fulfillment module.

20. 3 November 2015 20 Enrollment – Additional Cyl Connection You can enroll the existing consumer for additional cylinder connection through this screen. The steps are same as Enrollment for New Connection. To enroll the consumer: 1.Click on Enrollment – Additional Cyl Connection and enter the Consumer No. followed by click on Fetch button. 2.Follow the same method of Enrollment – New Connection till SV Generation by selecting the SV Type as ‘Additional Cylinder Connection’.
