10 10 Ambassade, sted, tid og avsender Tema 16 pkt A good example The project was implemented in a partnership between the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism and the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE); The main objective of the project was to continue the development of the Bulgarian power market.
