6 The Local / School Picture  More consistency in professional judgements  Better “gatekeeping”  Assigned supporter with specific role and funding to provide dedicated time for the role  Benefits for other teachers  Variable use of funding for 0.1 FTE dedicated time for supporters  Workload issues for teachers in joint assessment  Supporter and teacher knowledge of university criteria, SPR and SFR but developing
