5. SEARCH TERMS  Key in your search terms in the box on the website you’re using as your search page.  Scan the results, and click on the best possible choices.  Look for information on the page that best fits your needs.

6.  If you want to find an exact phrase (like great horned owl), use quotation marks.  Example- “great horned owl”  If you don’t want a word to be included in your search, use the minus sign in front of the word.  Example-Brown bat - baseball
