10  Make sure you have a clear understanding of your own paradigms  Ask yourself “Who in another field would be interested in my unsolved problems?” GO AND TALK TO THEM  When a change is suggested work through the positive and negative aspects of the change  Seek outside your own paradigm shifts by thinking outside the circle
