3 Crop Production  Seeds and plants must be certified by EU organic food label  No GMO  The fertility and the activity of the ground must be maintained or increased by crop rotation, green manure, recycling, or composting  Only fertilizers which are not coming from cattle industry are allowed

4 Livestock  Animals must have been born in the farm or come from an other organic farm  Enclosed breeding is forbidden  The choice of species must be adapted to the local environment  Force feeding is forbidden  Young animals must be fed with maternal or natural milk  Animals must have access to the air, the light and the living space to move freely  No GMO food

6 Crop Production  Substances of chemical synthesis are forbidden  Vegetables and fruits must be mature to be picked up  Biological controls with a large spectrum of activity and an uncontrollable extension are forbidden  The composting of fertilizers is compulsory before use

7 Livestock Farm  The time of transport of the cattle is limited at 6 hours  Dehorning is forbidden  Must be far from high-risk areas of contamination and big roads  Renewables energy are favored
