2 2 CMS Advantages With a web-based system you have access to your Book of Business from any computer on the net You are able to access your contact system with any Palm phone or Internet-enabled handheld PDA device Located on the Windermere WORC Site so you have access from any computer It saves time – once you’ve entered the information on each client, you have a quick and easy access to vital information Better ability to build a referral base – you can track the history you have with each customer and client, and those who they refer to you, creating a conversational relationship and a way to build your business Anticipate market changes – a well maintained database help you anticipate market changes and adapt your business practices when necessary You can now import and export contacts to and from your CMS Create long-term income – CMS allows you to use the database to generate repeat business Top of mind awareness – your database is easy to pull up when you’re ready to send out personal marketing mailers Make more money – better knowledge about your clients, customers and market data help you provide better service, which ultimately leads to more income Build your “Book of Business” – the most important idea is to make the CMS program work for you so that ultimately you create a database of value (your Book of Business), which you can sell when you leave real estate or retire. Access to all of the tools available via Windermere CMS system is located on Windermere’s WORC site There is a one time fee of $75 for the use of the CMS features and benefits

3 3 Adding New Contacts

4 4 Fill in the necessary information and click Save and add another to input your clients

5 5 With the Import/Export feature you can import contacts from any source that has.csv format Select the subdivision that you wish to download into CMS and then hit see results

6 6 Sort by whatever column you wish then go to Print Labels and download

7 7 Your records will download and you can save them to your files. Your system saves the names in the correct format for uploading to CMS

8 8 To import, go into the WORC and click on Import/Export

9 9 Find your file and open it

10 10 When you have the file in the system, just click continue

11 11 This import template will come up and you will match data

12 12 Once you have matched the data, click continue

13 13 It will ask you if you want to put the data into a category. Click where appropriate

14 14 Select an existing category or create a new one. Click continue

15 15 Now your data is imported!

16 16 Note: You have to move the first and last names and the house #

17 17 All you do is move the names and House # to appropriate section of contact record

18 18 To export, you do the process in reverse. Select the category to export, click continue

19 19 Once you have made your selection and clicked continue, it will show you your choice. Click continue again!

20 20 You will be prompted to save the info. Name it and save it!

21 21 After a little manipulation of the data, you will have your exports ready to go

23 23 You can send a quick e-mail to clients from this site

24 24 In order to set up your Visibility Plus or Sphere of Influence mailings, just click on list all and select participants, then update mail lists

25 25 To add a category to your CMS, just go to contacts, click on view/search and add a category and save

26 26 To Edit or Delete a category, just click edit and this will pop up Edit Or Delete

27 27 From the address book, you can add new clients, go to an established client or make changes to an existing client Just click on the alphabet letter and select your contact

85 85 Once you have clicked on add, this screen will pop up and you will complete all of the information required to set up a Photo Gallery Note: It is imperative that you check Auto activate or the system will not download from MLS

86 86 When you have set up the beginnings of your Photo Gallery, this screen will appear. Click on main photo to add

87 87 Click on browse, find the photo and input it

88 88 Once input, “successful image upload” will show

89 89 Now go to add a section

90 90 This screen will pop up for you to add a section to the gallery and click continue

91 91 Once you click continue, your new section will be created

92 92 Now, click on add photo

93 93 Click on Browse and find the picture that you want on the listing in your file

94 94 The name of your picture should show up in the space and then hit upload files

95 95 When completed, “Successful image upload” will appear

96 96 Add Multiple Photos and click upload photos

97 97 Your photos will show up on the gallery and then you can put them in the order you want

98 98 Select the heading you want on the pictures and then write a description of the benefits and then update

99 99 Click browse, hit thumbnails and then select a picture

100 100 To change the order of the pictures, just number them and hit update. Their order will change!
