6 We eat a lot of food, Without thinking.. We force ourselves to eat more, So we don’t throw food away. HOUSED & RESTAURANTS

7 Australians farms Workforce Grows as much food/Fruits that a lot even have to be wasted. 88% of the foods will be eaten every year. FARMS

8 Mostly the foods need to be checked and tested but now days they will just be passed to the shelf without fixing blemishes or bruises. SUPERMARKE & SHOPS

9  We cook too much food  Food goes off before the use-by/best-before date  We forget about leftovers in the fridge or freezer  We don't know how to use leftovers  We buy too much because we don't stick to a shopping list  We don't check the fridge before going shopping  We're not planning our meals and menus as much as we could. 10 III. WHAT CAN WE DO TO EAT HEALTHER?  The foods you eat have been divided into three groups according to how nutritious they are. These make up what is often called the ‘food pyramid’.
