From this registration, P100 is for the 8 Weeks Nutrition Class, P400 will be paid out as cash prize. 3.Screening and official weigh starts on SEPT 19 UNTIL SEPT 26, 2012 @ 6pm. 4.Only the Weight Loss Coach / Supervisor can enrol contestants. 5.Contestants must be 18 years old & up to join. 6.Contestants may use any method or technique to lose weight. 7.Everyone is required to attend the 30mins Nutrition Class (every Wednesday @6:30pm). A contestant is considered absent if he/she is not inside the room. 8.Door will be closed the moment the session starts. 9.First absence is excused. For succeeding absences a Php50 fine will be charged as well as for every pound (lbs) gained. 10.Maximum of 3 absences only. A contestant who will incur more than three absences will be disqualified from the challenge but is still welcome to join the weekly Nutrition Classes. 11.Contestants are assumed to be physically fit to join. Organizers are not liable for any claims. 12.The contestant with the biggest weight loss percentage wins the prize. 13.In case of a tie, the prize will go to the biggest inch loss. 14.Organizers have the final decision on contest winner.
