3 Heat Cramps Muscle cramps caused by excessive heat exposure and low water consumption.

4 Heat Exhaustion Condition caused by excessive heat exposure Symptoms: paleness, clammy skin, profuse sweating, weakness, tiredness, nausea, dizziness, muscle cramps and possible vomiting or fainting.

5 Heat Stroke Condition caused by excessive heat exposure and characterized by high body temperature up to 106 F. Symptoms: hot, dry, flushed skin, rapid pulse, lack of sweating, dizziness; and possible unconscious.

6 Hot Weather  Select clothing, light in color an loose fitting. Cold Weather:  Dress in layers  Cover your head

7  Muscle Soreness  Sprains and strains  Micro – trauma : injury that does not immediately cause pain.
