ASYCUDA WORLD - TIR EPD - RTS operational  The TIR Carnet holder sends an EPD to the Customs office of entry/departure  If the electronic data is processed correctly by the Customs system, a “green light” is sent to the TIR holder  The holder presents the TIR Carnet at the Customs and the information contained in the TIR Carnet is compared with the Electronic data  The TIR transport is released for transit  The holder presents the TIR carnet at the Customs office of Exit/Destination  At the Customs office of destination, the SafeTIR information is created and sent  The Association can check the SafeTIR information in AskTIR Page 13 (c) International Road Transport Union (IRU) 2012
