3. How to accede to the TIR Convention? It’s very simple! Article 52 of the TIR Convention: “1. All States members of the United Nations […] may become Contracting Parties to this Convention: (a)By signing it without reservation […] (b)By depositing an instrument of ratification […] […] 4.
