3 Bagby, Foglesong General Silicon Meeting 7.10.03 Solutions  Provide power to SVX chips, AC, and IB. s Wiener modular supplies fit in one nice box.  Minimize cable plant! s Use 80 conductor cable to get power up to ACs. s Break out blocks used in cathedral.  Make the fuse panels more robust!! s Using ATO blade fuses.  Reduce PS replacement time!!! s Wiener design implements “supply–in-a-drawer” construction. s Entire supply system slides out by simply opening front panel of chassis. NO power cables to disconnect!  Get the PSs out of the cathedral!!!! s Wiener’s are specifically designed to provide power over long distances. s PS chassis will be located in MCH1.
