STEP 5— Interview and Selection Process  VC has final approval on successful candidate.  Departments will send all offer letters

4 Highlights Hiring Policy for Benefitted Employees STEP 6—Complete Hiring Paperwork  Paperwork 2 weeks before start date  HR sends employee ID to the contact entered on the PA in the “Prepared By” box

5 Review Process 4/25/13—Small Groups to document questions and issues 5/8/13—F&A subgroup to review responses to questions and issues 5/22/13—Full F&A review at monthly meeting 6/12/13—F&A Subgroup final meeting if needed 6/26/13—Full F&A accept policy
