Reston, VA, USA 2 B.SUMMARY TECHNICAL STATUS MOIMS AREA REPORT Working Group Summary progress: New draft SIP White Book, due 15 November 2005. OAIS RM will have its CCSDS 5-year review Work plan to solicit input from the digital community on the need for updates has been generated. Responses have been required by 30 October, for initial consideration at Fall 2005 workshop, to begin scoping degree of effort. Problems and Issues: None No meeting at Atlanta. Draft 1 due 31 Oct 05. –End of 2005: Kick off –June 06: Some co-working component of prototype by next CCSDS workshop in Rome Schedule for 3 High Priority RBs –Oct 2005: Internal Agency review of 3 HP RBs (informal) –June 06: Internal Agency review of 3 updated HP RBs –Fall 2006: Submission of 3 HP RBs for public Agency review. 26 October2005 Reston, VA, USA 8 SM&C Summary Progress: OMG XTCE Status Green Book production started –JPL + ESA + Goddard XTCE Schedule –The original baseline (re-issue of XTCE by 30 Aug) not met by OMG –XTCE issue 1.1 draft will be published 1st Dec 05 RIDs from 1st CCSDS Review. All OMG Issues up to 1st Nov 05 –XTCE issue 1.1 draft to be used for 2nd CCSDS Agency Review starting on 1st Dec 05 for 3 months up to 28 Feb 06 –Issue 1.1 final available 30th Apr 06 –GS (OMG) will take care of adapting the OMG process to the dates above MOIMS AREA REPORT

26 October2005 Reston, VA, USA 10 NAV WG Summary Progress Conducted extensive and detailed discussions and review of the ADM, the TDM, and the XML specification white books (XML covers all navigation data messages); including all related material in the Navigation GB. 4 Resolutions sent to CESG for approval. TDM RB complies with IOAG highest priority of CCSDS work. The Nav WG is interested in supporting the proposed new work pertaining to DDOR: Difference Differential One-way Range (delta-DOR). The Nav WG is interested in supporting the ISO SC14 collision avoidance work, subject to feedback from ISO SC14 personnel. MOIMS AREA REPORT
